Therapist

I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a deep passion for walking alongside individuals on their journey of healing and transformation. My background in ministry, with a Bachelor's degree in Theology and Christian Ministries (2019) and a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (2022), has equipped me with both a heart for people and the skills needed to support healing.

At the heart of my work is a passion for guiding individuals to heal the wounds that block a deep, intimate relationship with Jesus. Using primarily Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS), I work to identify and address the emotional and relational wounds that impact one’s connection to themselves, others, and ultimately to God. My goal is to help clients transform these wounds and replace them with a profound understanding of God’s unconditional love and grace, ultimately restoring their sense of wholeness and bringing joy and peace to their everyday lives.

I am Level 1 trained in Brainspotting and look forward to completing my Level 2 training in April, continuing to expand my therapeutic skills. My goal as a therapist is to support individuals in experiencing abundant life and being set free from anything that stands in the way of that. For those desiring faith integration, I take great joy in inviting Jesus into sessions and turning to scripture to uncover God's truth within a person’s story. I respect each individual’s unique journey, and faith integration is offered only to those who feel it aligns with their healing process.

On a personal note, I am married to my high school sweetheart and love spending my spare time with friends and in nature, especially in the mountains. Music is a big part of my life, and despite my previous resistance, I’m finally opening up to the joys of coffee! I deeply value the work I get to do and the lives I encounter, and I consider it an honor to walk alongside each person on their unique journey. My hope is to create a safe, compassionate space where clients can experience lasting healing, renewal, and the abundant love of Christ.

“Blessed is the one who perseveres under trial because, having stood the test, that person will receive the crown of life that the Lord has promised to those who love Him.”

James 1:12
