Insurance
We do not currently take insurance. Instead, our practice uses an online portal which makes it easy to download invoices and superbills for submitting payments to your insurance provider for reimbursement. We are considered an “out of network provider.’
Payment
We process payment through our online portal using credit or debit cards, or HSA cards. Clients set up their own individualized portal and confidentially enter their card number into their portal for easy processing of payment at the time of the session. We take payment with cash or check as well if needed, but credit or debit cards by way of our portal is preferred.
Cancellation Policy
In the event you need to cancel your scheduled session, we require at least 24 hours notice of cancellation. Otherwise, you will be charged for the full rate of the session.
