Jordanne Crews, MMFT
As a master’s level therapist, currently under supervision, I have experience working with a variety of presenting issues, such as anxiety, attachment issues, boundary setting, confidence, depression, forgiveness, grief & loss, identity issues, life transitions, stress, trauma and more. For couples and families, I can help with communication issues, family conflict, relationship discord and premarital counseling. I am trained in a trauma intervention called Brainspotting, which is a treatment method that works by identifying, processing and releasing core neurophysiological sources of emotional/body pain, trauma, dissociation and a variety of other challenging symptoms. I am also a certified premarital SYMBIS facilitator. Finally. with my undergraduate background in Theology and Christian ministries, I’m equipped to address a variety of spiritual issues and aid clients in deepening their walk with Christ.
After spending 6 years serving in ministry settings, I felt the prompting of the Holy Spirit lead me to utilize therapy as a means of caring for individuals in the midst of hardship. Having a personal testimony of healing, I am passionate about walking alongside clients as they seek to overcome whatever trials they may be experiencing. I consider it a privilege to be a part of the team at Saving Grace Counseling and I look forward to working with you as you seek to accomplish whatever goals you set for therapy.
“Blessed is the one who perseveres under trial because, having stood the test, that person will receive the crown of life that the Lord has promised to those who love Him.”
James 1:12
